What is a Remittance Advice document?

A remittance advice document essentially documents a refund.

How to print a Remittance Advice

  1. Navigate to Sales Orders > Refunds.
  2. Open the refund by clicking the ID.
  3. At the bottom of the page click Print Remittance Advice.

Accessing Remittance Advice docs via FTP

All Remittance Advices are stored here on the file server: /private/www/netosuite/SysDoc/printdocs/refund/remittance.
