Customer Emails
Customer email templates can be accesed in your control panel and via SFTP:
- Control Panel: Settings & tools > All settings & tools > Email templates > Customer emails
- SFTP:
/private/www/netosuite/SysDoc/emails/customer/
Tip: We recommend making a back up of your email templates before making changes.

| First Purchase Email | Sent when a customer makes their first purchase on your site. | first_purchase |
| Customer Change Password Notification Email | Sent when a customer changes their password. | change_password |
| Customer Recover Password Notification Email | Sent when a customer resets their password from the log in page. It contains their new generated password. | forgot_password |
| Customer Recover Username Email | Sent when a customer requests their forgotten username from the log in page. | forgot_username |
| Customer Referral Commission Notification Email | This email tells the customer how much commission they have earned. | referral_commission_email |
