Dropship Emails

Our system includes a number of emails utilised by the Drop Ship Supplier module. To access these templates in the control panel:

  1. Navigate to Settings & Tools > All Settings & Tools.
  2. Select Email Templates.
  3. Click Drop Ship Supplier Emails

Drop Ship Supplier Recover Password Email

This email is sent when the supplier requests the retrieval of their password.

Drop Shipper Supplier Order Email Notification

This email sends the Dropship supplier their order invoice.

Accessing these templates via SFTP

These templates are stored here on the file server: /private/www/netosuite/SysDoc/emails/dropshipper/.
