What is the Order Follow-up email?

Our system can send an email after a product has been purchased. You can enable and configure who receives this email and how long it takes to send under Addons > Sales Follow Up Email > Configure

The template for this email is stored here on the file server: /private/www/netosuite/SysDoc/emails/order/followup/, or in the control panel under Settings & Tools > All Settings & Tools > Email Templates > Order Emails > Order Follow Up Email

We recommend backing-up all emails before making modifications.
